About

Welcome to Freedom Lover USA

If this blog looks familiar it’s because it was moved to this new location in January 2021 by the owner of freedomloverusa.blogspot.

I decided to attach the blog to a website which allows for more freedom and creativity. The posts in this blog are my own (unless another author is captioned) and are my opinion on particular subjects of interest to me. Many are politically based but not all.

Feel free to comment as you like however comments are currently in a review setting to avoid spam which occurs on a regularly annoying basis. If a blog post is closed for comments, search for it over on MeWe where comments are always open.

Thank you for visiting.

Avatar of Just Jill on the Internet

My internet avatar is shown below and I am currently on Wimkin and a few other sites. I do not know how many sites I will eventually be on but I am reviewing the freedom of speech policies and ease of posting on various sites to determine where to hang my hat. If you see this avatar on another site, it may or may not be me. You can always check by commenting on the sticky post here called Requests or General Comments. If you have suggestions for other sites I may be interested in, please let me know.

A little history on this drawing…
This picture was drawn by me a few years ago to represent a character in a fictional story I am writing. For the moment, it works very well as my avatar. It is not necessarily a self portrait but not too far off the mark when I was a tad younger. Not that I’m old now, but whatever! 😉

What does freedom look like?

Celebrating the founding of our country.
Voting for the candidate you feel will represent your beliefs.
Taking your car on the open road and going anywhere you want.
Learning and understanding the true value of being American.
Realizing that your life matters too.
Understanding that being an American means your freedoms are numerous.

May we each take the moment necessary out of this day and any day we feel the need to remember those who have gone before us in defense of our freedoms. Without them… we would not be “here”… we would be in chains.
